New Sounds: NO

Caught up with an old friend last night and his new band NO from Echo Park, CA. Indie rock. Pretty cool dudes. Their first time in Las Vegas with little promotion, so the crowd was small but respectable at the Royal.

For those SXSW bound, they are playing a few shows so be sure to catch them. Residency in Echo Park following SXSW. A short tour coming soon. I hope good things for these guys.

On the trail

I love nature, and with the desert summer quickly approaching, I’m trying to squeeze in as much outdoor sightseeing/hiking as I can! Luckily I found a friend who enjoys it as much, so hopefully there are more photos coming soon! This is it for now. Until next time.

We missed our original exit and rather than complaining about how silly it was, we detoured and stopped at the Hoover Dam that was along the way. Why not?!

Went on a hike this past weekend. Living out in Las Vegas, great open vastness is never too far away. Love all the hiking possibilities out here.
